We love the holiday season! People are full of good tidings of joy and cheer. Admittedly, these past few years have proved more trying than ever. Still, most folks are trying to keep the faith. Even with such a festive season, the holidays can be a stressful time. Families wish to celebrate but meet conflict amongst family members, businesses wish to see their revenue in the black amidst looming disagreements with fellow businesses. Such events often bring misunderstandings and strife.
The holidays can be a stressful time for many.

Maybe, a session or two with a Mediator to resolve differences? A neutral third party to help individuals and companies come to a resolution at their own pace, with their own self determination. Self determination is where both parties participate voluntarily and make free and informed decisions as to the outcome of the matter.

A company has a vendor dispute which the contractual agreement fails to address.
