Last month, I attended an exciting event entitled, ‘Entrepreneurship 101’ on Columbia University’s main campus. The event was sponsored by both, Columbia’s Business School and the Mailman School of Public Health presenting three MSPH alumni speaking on panel about their start- ups involving the field of public health. Their respective companies included a medical device non-profit which provides medical devices to countries in Africa; a new pharmaceutical company and a Nutritionist/ Dietitian to patient matching company.

Got me to thinking about the new year ahead! Keep learning, growing and reaching new heights.
