I had the opportunity to meet and catch up with my forever mentor earlier this morning, Professor Ron Bayer. Professor Bayer is a Professor of Sociomedical Sciences at Columbia’s Mailman School of Public Health. He is co-chair and professor at the Center for the History and Ethics of Public Health and during my time at the school, he was one of my favorites professors and definitely, my mentor then and still.

Always a great chatting and catching up. Those that teach and pour into our beings should always be recognized and acknowledged. And little did I know, today is his birthday! Happy Birthday Professor!
